【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)并发症的处理及预防。方法对1180例LC手术所发生的12例并发症进行回顾性总结分析。结果12例中胆总管损伤3例,胆囊管残端瘘3例,胆囊动脉出血转开腹止血术2例,胆囊管残留结石4例,经及时采取相关措施治疗,均治愈出院。结论严格的术前检查和规范、熟练地手术操作可大大减少LC并发症的发生。术后严密观察、监测,及时发现并发症,并给予恰当治疗,是提高患者的生活质量的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the prevention and treatment of laparoscopic cholecystectomy’s complications.Methods Retrospective analysis of the 12 patients with complications among 1,180 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results Among the 12 cases,there were 3 cases of bile duct injury,3 cases of cystic duct stump fistula,2 cases of gallbladder artery hemorrhage and laparotomy had to be performed to stop bleeding and 4 cases of residual stone in the gall duct.All patients were uneventfully recovered and discharged.Conclusion Strict preoperative examinations and normal,skilled surgical technique can significantly reduce the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Strict observation and monitoring after surgery,timely detection and appropriate treatment of complications should be done in order to improve life quality of patients.更多还原
