【Abstract】 Primary calli were induced using young stems of asparagus as explants,and based on the primary calli,embryogenic and non-embryogenic calli were induced.The three types of calli were observed using scanning electron microscope.The results indicated that there were obvious difference in the form and structure.更多还原
