铸态QT600-10球墨铸铁的研制
Development of As-Cast QT600-10 Grade Nodular Iron
【摘要】 为使球铁活塞的铸态性能达到QT600-10要求,采用如下技术措施:(1)冲天炉电炉双联熔炼,采用吹氮气搅拌脱硫,确保原铁液w(S原)≤0.020%;2)采用覆砂铁型铸造,并适当控制w(Mg)和w(RE)含量,以获得较高的球化率;3)采用含铜球化剂,并强化孕育,以获得恰当的珠光体和铁素体比例。
【Abstract】 In order to ensure that as-cast properties of the nodular iron piston reach QT600-10 grade(tensile strength≥600 Mpa,elongation≥10%),following measures was adopted: a) base iron was melted with cupola-induction furnace duplex process,and was desulphurized by using nitrogen injection stirring process to ensure the S content less than 0.020%;b)the piston was cast in the resin sand-coated cast iron mold,and the residual contents of both RE and Mg was kept in a proper range to obtain high nodularity;c) Cu-containing nodularizing alloy and double times of inoculation treatment was adopted to keep a proper ratio between the pearlite content and ferrite content.
