【摘要】 目的:探讨"彩环征"早期诊断异位妊娠的意义。材料与方法:对临床疑宫外孕的50例患者行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,观察并记录子宫及附件区情况。结果:50例患者中经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠48例,其中肿块具有"彩环征"40例,另8例为局灶性血流,经腹腔镜证实异位妊娠46例,误诊2例,追踪为妊娠黄体并宫内孕。结论:结合病史,以"彩环征"早期诊断异位妊娠,其敏感性为84%,特异性95%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:The study of color corpus sign in early diagnosis of ectopix pregancy.Materials and Methods:50 patients were checked by transviginal color doppler ultrasonography,Uterus and adnexe were observed and recorded.Results:48 of 50 patients were diagnosised by ectopix pregnancy by transviginal color doppler ultrasonography,The mass of 40 case have color corpus sign,8 case by local color blood flow.46 case were proved by laparoscopy,but two case were misdiagnosised.Conclusion:The sensitivity and speciticity of diagnosis of EP with color corpus sign was 84% Vs 95% respectively.更多还原
