【摘要】 目的探讨不同类型胰腺外伤的声像图特征,为临床提供诊断依据。方法分析51例胰腺外伤急诊病人的超声表现,并对照手术和病理结果进行分析。结果51例胰腺外伤急诊病人超声诊断符合率为90%。结论急诊超声操作方便、及时、准确,符诊率高,为临床诊断胰腺外伤提供了可靠的客观依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Search the ultrasonic image feature of different types of pancreas trauma to support clinical diagnosis.Method Analyze the ultrasonic manifestation of pancreas trauma in 51 emergency cases and do further analysis comparing the ultrasonic manifestations with the operation results and pathology results.Result Within the 51 emergency cases of pancreas trauma,41 male and 10 female,90% of diagnostic ultrasound results are consistent with the operation result.Conclusion With the characteristic of being easy to operate,prompt,accurate and having high coincidence rate,diagnostic ultrasound provides reliable and objective basis for clinical diagnosis of pancreas trauma.更多还原
