【摘要】 目的观察自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)治疗各期内痔的临床效果。方法回顾性分析经RPH治疗的68例Ⅰ至Ⅳ期内痔患者的临床资料。结果手术时间平均8min,29例Ⅰ、Ⅱ度内痔治愈率100.0%,39例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度内痔治愈率82.1%,总治愈率89.7%,总有效率100.0%,随访3～12个月,无明显不良并发症发生。结论RPH疗效确切、安全,无需麻醉,无需住院,操作简便,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of treatment of all grades of internal hemorrhoids with RPH.Method Analyze the data of 68 cases.Result The average operation time was 8minutes.Among the 29 internal hemorrhoid of I or II grade,29 were cured(cure rate100%);Among 39 cases of III or IV grade 32 were cured(cure rate 82.1%).The total cure rate was 89.7%,total effective rate was 100%.All the cases were followed up for 3-12 months and there were not any complications founded.Conclusion RPH has advantages such as having reliable and safe effects,without anesthesia or hospitalization,being easy to perform.This is a better procedure for treating internal hemorrhoids.更多还原
