连续光源原子吸收光谱仪在测定土壤有效态锌、锰、铁、铜中的应用
Determination of Zn,Mn,Fe,Cu in Soil by High-Resolution Continuum Source Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (HR-CS AAS)
【摘要】 通过DTPA法对土壤样品进行浸提,采用连续光源原子吸收光谱仪直接对滤液进行多元素同时测定,克服传统原子吸收在分析速度、信息量和使用方便性等方面的弱点,更加方便、快捷、准确地测定土壤有效态铜、锌、铁、锰含量。
【Abstract】 This study treated soil samples by DTPA soil extractant,and then determinated multi-elements in filtrate directly by HR-CS AAS.Compared with line-source AAS,HR-CS AAS improved in analytical speed,information content,and convenience to use.The results showed that determination of effective speciation of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn in soil samples more convenient,accurate,and faster.
