微波辐射-同步冷却法合成3种2-甲基-2-烷基-1,3-二噻烷

【摘要】 本文描述了一种合成2-甲基-2-烷基-1,3-二噻烷香料化合物的便捷方法。采用微波辐射-同步冷却技术,1,3-丙二硫醇分别与丁酮、戊酮和己酮在一水合对甲基苯磺酸催化下以微波功率63W反应15 min,合成了2-甲基- 2-乙基-1,3-二噻烷、2-甲基-2-丙基-1,3-二噻烷和2-甲基-2-丁基-1,3-二噻烷,产率分别为74.8%、72.4%和76.8%。采用元素分析、FTIR、~1H NMR和GC-MS对3种产物进行了结构鉴定,并进行了初步香气评价。

【Abstract】 In this study, we describe a convenient method to synthesize 2-alkyl-2-methyl-1,3-dithianes fla- voring compounds. 2-Ethyl-2-methyl-1,3-dithiane, 2-methyl-2-propyl-1,3-dithiane and 2-butyl-2-methyl-1,3-di- thiane were synthesized by the reaction of 1,3-dithiolpropane with 2-butanone, 2-pentanone and 2-hexanone in turn, catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate with the reaction times of 15min and the microwave power of 63W. A microwave irradiation-simultaneous cooling method was used. Yields of above three products were 74. 8%, 72.4% and 76.8% respectively. Structures of above three products were identified by data of elemental a- nalysis,FTIR,~1H NMR and GC-MS. The aroma characteristics were evaluated fundamentally.
