【摘要】 [目的]探讨接种乙肝疫苗对促进乙肝抗-HBc单项阳性及抗-HBe、抗HBc 2项同时阳性者产生抗-HBs的作用。[方法]对抗-HBc单项阳性及抗-HBe、抗HBc 2项同时阳性者,进行乙肝疫苗接种。接种全程结束后1个月,抽血作抗-HBs检查。[结果]接种乙肝疫苗后,抗-HBs总阳转率为92.59%,抗-HBc阳性者抗-HBs阳转率为94.74%,抗-HBe、抗-HBc 2项同时阳性者阳转率为87.5%。男性抗-HBs阳转率为93.33%,女性为91.67%。[结论]接种乙肝疫苗对抗-HBc单项阳性及抗-HBe、抗-HBc 2项同时阳性者,有促进抗-HBs产生的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the immune response to hepatitis B(HB)vaccine in patients with posivive anti-HBc and patients with positive anti-HBe and positive anti-HBc.[Methods]Patients with positive anti-HBc and those with positive anti-HBe and positive anti-HBc were inoculated with HB vaccine.One month after the whole inoculation,the anti-HBs level was examined.[Results]After HB vaccine inoculation,the total positive conversion rate of anti-HBs was 92.59%.The positive conversion rate of anti-HBs in patients with positive anti-HBc was 94.74%,and that in patients with positive anti-HBe and positive anti-HBc was 87.5%.Besides,the conversion rates of anti-HBs for male and female were 93.33% and 91.67% respectively.[Conclusions]The inoculation of HB vaccine can promote the generation of anti-HBs for patients with positive anti-HBc and patients with positive anti-HBe and anti-HBc.更多还原
