【摘要】 [目的]了解廊坊市市直部分医保人群高血压的患病情况,掌握其流行规律。[方法]以在廊坊市中医院进行体检的部分廊坊市直医疗保险参保人群12 224人为调查对象,进行高血压病患病情况及相关因素的分析。[结果]本人群的高血压患病率为38.77%,Logistic分析显示性别、年龄、职业、BMI、高血脂症是高血压的危险因素。[结论]本市市直医保人群中的高血压患病率较高,将是慢性病防治工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate and analyze the prevalence status of hypertension among part of medical insurance population in Langfang city,and to master the rules of hypertension epidemic.[Methods]A total of 12 224 people who participated in medical insurance of Langfang city and received physical examination in Langfang Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital were surveyed.The prevalence rate of hypertension and its related factors were analyzed statistically.[Results]The prevalence rate of hypertension was 38.77% in this group.Logistic analysis showed that age,sex,occupation,BMI,hyperlipemia were risk factors for hypertension.[Conclusion]The prevalence rate of hypertension among medical insurance population in Langfang city is rather high,so they should be the key point in the prevention and control work of chronic incommunicable diseases in future.更多还原
