【摘要】 [目的]探讨结核病患者患病过程中受到社会歧视基本状况和严重程度。[方法]采用随机系统抽样的方法抽取2002年6月～2005年6月在四川省结核病防治所就诊的结核病患者,并用统一编制的调查表对研究对象进行问卷调查。[结果]研究对象总受歧视率29.40%,年轻人受社会歧视高于老年人。结核病患者在工作或学习、周围人际关系、自身心理3个方面受歧视较严重。初治结核患者受歧视率高于复治结核患者,但结核患者受歧视与耐药与否和居住所地差异无统计学意义。[结论]结核病患者面临着不同程度的的社会歧视,影响了结核病患者的治疗和管理,可以采取有效的措施来减少这种负面影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the social discrimination to tuberculosis patients in different aspects.[Methods]949 patients from the outpatients of the Institute of TB Control and Prevention between June 2002 and June 2005 in Sichuan province were selected by systematical sampling method and investigated with questionnaires.[Results]In the 949 patients investigated,29.40% of them were discriminated in different aspects,especially in work or study,social relation and psychology.The discriminated rate of tuberculosis patients with the initial treatment was higher than that of the tuberculosis patients with the repeat treatment,but the discriminated rates had no significance between the drug resistant patients and non-drug resistant patients.[Conclusion]The discrimination with different degrees to tuberculosis patients has already affected the treatment and management,and effective measures should be taken to reduce these negative effects.更多还原
