【摘要】 [目的]了解大兴区某小学学生沙眼患病情况以便更好地采取防护措施。[方法]于1996~2002年每年10~12月份对学生的沙眼情况进行检查。[结果]一年级沙眼检出率较低,2~5年级呈逐年下降趋势,6年级有一次小的回升。总体比较有统计学意义(χ2=14.964,P﹤0.01);男女生之间的差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.003,P﹥0.05);1996~2002年的沙眼检出率呈逐年下降趋势,但在2001年有一次回升,经检验总体趋势有统计学意义(χ2=63.882,P﹤0.01)。[结论]沙眼的重复感染率高,要加强学校的健康教育,使学生养成良好的卫生习惯,并积极改善环境因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the actual condition of trachoma infection among students in certain primary school of Daxing District,so as to take better preventive measures and protective measures.[Methods]The students in certain primary school of Daxing District were given trachoma examination from October to December each year from 1996 to 2002.[Results]The detection rate of trachoma infection was low in Grade One,and there was a degressive tendency from Grade Two to Grade Five,while there is a little rising in Grade Six.The detection rates of trachoma infection of different grades were significantly different(χ2=14.964,P﹤0.01).However,the difference between boys and girls was not siginificant(χ2=0.003,P﹥0.05).Likewise,there was a degressive tendency for the detection rate of trachoma infection from 1996 to 2002,but there was a rise in 2001;and according to trend test,the general tendency was significant.(χ2=63.882,P﹤0.01).[Conclusions]There is a high repeated infection rate of trachoma,therefore it is quite necessary to reinforce health education among students to help them cultivate good health habits and actively improve environmental factors.更多还原
