【摘要】 [目的]了解辽宁某高校新生HBV感染情况及对情况的分析。[方法]对2000～2006年某高校新生入学体检时测定肝功、乙肝表面抗原、乙肝抗原抗体系统,并对7年的测定结果进行描述分析。[结果]该高校2000～2006年新生HBsAg阳性率最高为5.62%,"大三阳"阳性率最高为1.98%,"小三阳"阳性率最高为2.17%,抗-HBS阳性率最高为52.4%。[结论]该高校7年间新生的HBsAg阳性率较低;抗HBs阳性率呈增高趋势,说明学生乙肝疫苗的注射率增加,人们的保健意识增强。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study and analyze the situation of HBV infection among the freshmen in some university in Liaoning province.[Methods]The liver function,Hepatitis B surface antigen,and antigen-antibody system of the freshmen in the University in 2000-2006 were checked for HBV. The results among the last 7 years were analysed.[Results]5.62% of the participants tested were positive to HBsAg,1.98% of the participants tested were positive to HBsAg,HBeAg and anti-HBc. 2.17% of the participants tested were positive to HBsAg,anti-HBe and anti-HBc.52.4% of the participants tested were positive to anti-HBs.[Conclusion]The positive rate of HBsAg among the students of this university from 2000 to 2006 is relative low;the rate of the positive reaction of anti-HBs tends to be higher and higher,which indicates the increase of the injection rate of hepatitis B vaccine,and the improvement of the health care consciousness of the people.更多还原
