【摘要】 [目的]研究无偿献血模式的影响因素,促进无偿献血制度可持续发展。[方法]应用自编问卷对随机抽取自愿无偿献血者、计划组织无偿献血者、未献血者共5 012人进行调查。[结果]对献血知识的认知程度及不同的心态、年龄、文化程度、职业、收入、家庭因素均影响无偿献血行为。[结论]加强领导和政策支持,加大宣传力度,提高献血者的献血意识和热爱献血的态度,提高医护人员综合素质和强化血站服务意识,有助于建立自愿无偿献血模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the factors influncing the model of unpaid blood donation and improve persistent development of regulation on unpaid blood donation.[Methods]With self-designed questionnaire,the survey was carried out among 5 012 random samples including unpaid blood donors,planned and orgnized unpaid blood donors and people without blood donation.[Results]The action of unpaid blood donation was influnced by the factors such as understanding of knowledge about blood donation,attitude to blood donation,age,degree of education,income,occupation and family circumstance.[Conclusions]The measures that reinforcing leadership and enhancing the policy support,raising the consciousness and attitude of blood donors to blood donation,promoting the abilities of medical staffs will contribute to the establishment of unpaid blood donation model.更多还原
