【摘要】 [目的]比较肥胖与非肥胖青春期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者在内分泌、代谢等方面的差异,探讨PCOS早期临床特点和发病机制。[方法]分别对肥胖青春期PCOS患者14例和非肥胖青春期PCOS患者15例测定血清FSH、LH、E2、PRL、T、GH、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、HDL、LDL以及OGTT和胰岛素释放试验,并进行比较。[结果]肥胖PCOS患者血T、60min和120min血胰岛素及曲线下面积明显高于非肥胖组;非肥胖组血清LH、GH明显高于肥胖组,两组脂代谢指标无统计学差异。[结论]肥胖与非肥胖青春期PCOS患者在内分泌、代谢方面存在差异,可能与PCOS早期的发病机制有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To compare early endocrine and metabolic characteristics between obese and non-obese adolescent patients with PCOS.[Methods]The levels of serum FSH、LH、E2、PRL、T、GH and so on in 14 obese adolescent patients and 15 non-obese adolescent patients with PCOS were examined,and the results of OGTT and insulin release test were compared.[Results]The level of serum T、serum insulin(60 min and 120 min)and insulin square of obese patients were significantly higher than those of non-obese ones,while the level of serum LH、GH of non-obese patients was higher than that of the obese group. There was no difference in lipid metabolic characteristics between the two groups.[Conclusion]Some differences of endocrine、metabolic characteristics exist in adolescents with PCOS between obese and non-obese patients,which may corralated with the early pathogenetic mechanisms of PCOS.更多还原
