【摘要】 目的探讨增加气管切除长度的动物实验方法。方法将20条成年犬切除右肺中、上叶,改进肺静脉吻合方法,用右侧支气管代替气管,从而增加气管切除长度。结果平均气管切除长度为11.5(9.5~12.6)cm,6条1月内死亡,余14条存活1月以上,尸检吻合口愈合良好,基本通畅。结论本术式可增加气管切除的长度,使气管切除的适应证更宽。同时,由于受到肺功能、外科技术等限制,远期效果也尚需评价,故应用受到一定限制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new operative approach for lengthening the removal of trachea in animal experiment.Method The operations were performed in 20 adult dogs,including superior and middle lobe of right lung resection,improved pulmonary vein anastomosis,and replacement of trachea by right bronchus.Result The average length of excisional trachea is 11.5 cm;the survival period of 14 dogs was exceeded 1 month,the anastomotic stoma in the killed dogs were healed well and kept smooth radically.Conclusions The operative approach can greatly increase the length of excisional trachea,which is recommendable for extensive application.However,it is limited by pulmonary function,surgical technique,and so on.The long-term effect need further studied.更多还原
