LDPE阻燃协效剂及蒙脱土阻燃体系研究
Study on Synergistic Agent of Flame Retardant and Montmorillonite Composite System
【摘要】 用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)作为基体树脂,考查了不同偶联剂和处理方法对包覆超细Mg(OH)2效果的影响以及红磷与有机硅等阻燃协效剂、有机蒙脱土对Mg(OH)2的阻燃协效作用。结果表明,1.5%硅烷偶联剂处理的超细Mg(OH)2效果较好,红磷的用量在8~10份、有机硅在1~5份之内均对超细Mg(OH)2具有阻燃增效作用。
【Abstract】 Using LDPE as the base resin,a reasonable technology for the surface treatment of Mg(OH)2 was obtained by the comparison of the results of the treatments of Mg(OH)2 by different coupling agents and methods,and synergistic agents including red phosphorus,silicone resine and organic montmorillonite were selected to enhance the flame retardant effect in LDPE/Mg(OH)2 composite.It was found that the optional dosage of red phosphorus and silicone resine to synergize Mg(OH)2 was 8~10,1~5 phr,respectively.
