日本木质包装中截获的伞滑刃属线虫鉴定

【Abstract】 One isolate,morphologically similar to Bursaphelenehus xylophilus,was intercepted in packaging material from Japan.Morphological features,morphological measurements and the rDNA-ITS-PCR-RFLP analysis prove the isolate to be Bursaphelenchus doui,a recently reported species.Data show the isolate,i.e.Bursaphelenchus doui,has little pathogenicity.更多还原
