The virtual reference desk is the communication flat between library consultants and users by network.Making use of this flat,the users can solve various difficult problems when they met in the course of using library information resources and services.This paper decribes the resources construction of virtual reference desk,introduces the service ways to be adopted,then discusses the standards to abide by.
