我院无菌物品过期返消毒成本分析及对策

【摘要】 目的通过对本院无菌物品过期返消毒物品数量及成本统计,分析原因并提出管理措施,降低无菌物品过期返消毒率,降低医院消毒供应成本。方法对本院2006年1~6月份无菌物品包括无菌器械包和无菌敷料包过期返消毒数量进行统计,计算无菌物品过期返消毒所产生的成本。结果1~6月份过期无菌物品占无菌物品总量的1.88%,其中2月份最高4.40%,6月份最低占0.84%;过期返消毒成本占无菌物品总成本的3.18%,其中2月份最高7.63%,4月份最低1.96%。结论无菌物品过期返消毒,增加了消毒供应中心工作量和消毒供应的成本,要提高护理人员的认识,采取有效措施降低无菌物品过期返消毒率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reduce the rate of re-sterilizing overdue germfree articles and decrease the supply cost.Method The germfree articles including germfree units and aseptic dressing packages during January to June 2006 were added up to compute the cost for re-sterilizing the overdue germfree articles.Results The overdue sterile articles accounted for 1.88% of the total during the period from January to June,in which the largest rate was 4.40% in February and the lowest was 0.84% in June.The costs for resterilizing the overdue items took up 3.18% of the total amount,and the highest cost occurred in February accounting for 7.63%,while the lowest in April accounting for 1.96%.Conclusions Overdue sterile items’ re-sterilization can increase the workload of the supply center and the costs of sterilization and supply.We should raise nurses’ awareness and take effective measures to reduce the rate of re-sterilization.更多还原
