体育运动项目中多次大强度短距离跑造成的运动疲劳
Fatigue from multiple intensive sprints of various sport forms
【摘要】 目的:充分认识造成短时大强度间歇训练疲劳的原因。资料来源:检索OVID数据库和Medline1981-01/2006-05与大强度间歇训练疲劳相关文章,检索词为"repeated sprint,fatigue,work",限定文章语言种类为英文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取包括大强度间歇训练疲劳的文献,开始查找全文。纳入标准:多次大强度短距离跑与疲劳的相关文章。排除标准:重复研究、综述类文章。资料提炼:共收集到87篇关于多次大强度短距离跑与疲劳随机和未随机研究文章,38个实验或临床研究符合纳入标准。排除的49篇文章,39篇为未随机研究或重复性研究,10篇为综述类文章。资料综合:尽管对多次大强度短距离跑造成的运动疲劳认识并不清楚,但有证据表明运动时磷酸肌酸可利用缺乏和肌细胞内无机磷酸盐的堆积是引起这种运动疲劳的主要原因。由于磷酸肌酸再合成及肌细胞内无机磷酸盐清除和氧供应密切相关,研究者开始认识到有氧能力可能和多次大强度短距离跑造成的运动疲劳存在联系。结论:多次大强度短距离跑运动能力受多种因素影响,磷酸肌酸可利用缺乏和肌细胞内无机磷酸盐的堆积等,而肌体可通过有氧能力的提高,提高磷酸肌酸在合成,以及加速清除肌细胞内无机磷酸盐,从而抵抗由多次大强度短距离跑造成的运动疲劳。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To fully know the reason of fatigue during short-term intensive intermittent training. DATA SOURCES: The relevant articles from January 1981 to May 2006 were computer-searched in www.Ovid.com and Medline database by inputting the of "repeated sprint, fatigue, work", and the language were limited to English. STUDY SELECTION: After the primary trial, the articles about the fatigue during the intensive intermittent training were selected for full texts. Inclusive criteria: articles about the correlation between repeated intensive sprint and fatigue. Exclusive criteria: repetitive researches or reviews. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 87 scientific reports in random or nonrandom sample were identified in this manner about repeated sprint and fatigue, and 38 papers of experimental or clinic researches were used. Other 49 papers were deleted, among these, 39 articles were nonrandom sample or repetitive content and 10 articles were reviews. DATA SYNTHESIS: Although the precise mechanisms of fatigue caused during multiple intensive sprint work are difficult to elucidate, evidence points to a lack of available phosphocreatine (PCr) and an accumulation of intracellular inorganic phosphate (Pi) as the most likely causes of fatigue. Moreover, the fact that both PCr resynthesis and the removal of accumulated intracellular Pi are oxygen-dependent processes has led several authors to propose a link between aerobic fitness and fatigue during multiple sprint work. CONCLUSION: The ability to maintain multiple sprint performance may be attributed to a multitude of factors, PCr availability and intracellular Pi accumulation appear the most likely determinants. Moreover, the fact that both PCr resynthesis and intracellular Pi removal are oxygen-dependent processes suggests that a high level of aerobic fitness may convey an enhanced ability to resist fatigue during this type of work.
