【摘要】 广东省从2006年秋季起开始实施农村义务教育经费保障机制改革。本文分析了广东省农村义务教育经费保障机制改革后投入主体、投入水平、投入均衡性的变化。在投入均衡性分析中,计算了生均预算内教育事业费支出的基尼系数。分析发现,农村义务教育经费投入新机制体现了义务教育的特性和公共财政的要求,农村义务教育投入水平和效益都有显著的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The essay analyses the change of input subject,input level and input balance after the reform of fund security system of rural compulsory in Guangdong province.In the analysis of the input balance,the essay calculates The Gini Coefficient of input of education pursuit fee in the average budget.Through the investigation and analysis,we find that the education input level and its effectiveness improve notably.更多还原
