【摘要】 目的研究酒依赖患者肝功能、红细胞参数的异常情况,以及与戒酒后复饮的相关性。方法调查酒依赖患者共41例,与年龄相仿的正常人群组成对照,作一般情况及入院时、4周后肝功能和血红细胞状况的调查,并随访酒依赖患者出院后6个月的复饮状况,按有无复饮情况分2组进行相关分析。结果与对照组相比酒依赖组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰基转换酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)升高,白蛋白下降,有极显著性差异(P<0.001),同时红细胞计数(RBC)下降,平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)增大,有极显著性差异(P<0.001),血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)下降有显著性差异(P<0.05)。相关分析显示入院时MCV、MCH与复饮有较强相关性(r=0.469,0.487,P<0.01)。出院时MCV、MCH亦有相关性,但程度下降(r=0.387,0.407,P<0.05)。结论酒依赖患者肝功能、红细胞参数存在多项异常,肝功能异常与复饮相关性低,而MCV、MCH异常与复饮相关性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to study the abnormity of liver function,red blood cell parameter and the correlation to repeat drinking after abstinence of alcohol dependence patients.Methods 41 alcohol dependence patients were researched and compared with 41 normal subjects.The investigation included general state of health as well as liver function and red blood cell when in hospital and after in hospital for four weeks.Besides,the repeat drinking status of the alcohol dependence patients were followed up when post-discharge for six months.Related analysis was carried out in two groups classified as repeat drinking or not.Results Compared with control group,ALT,AST,GGT,ALP of alcohol dependence group raise while albumin declined,and there was extremely significant difference(P<0.001).Simultaneously,RBC count decreased while MCV and MCH increased,and there was extremely significant difference(P<0.001).Hb and HCT decreased,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that MCV and MCH when in hospital had stronger relativity to repeat drinking (r=0.469,0.487,P<0.01),and MCV and MCH when discharge had relativity to repeat drinking but the degree declined(r=0.387,0.407,P<0.05).Conclusion Liver function and red blood cell parameter of alcohol dependence patients have many item abnormity.The degree of relativity between liver function abnormity and repeat drinking is low,but the degree of relativity between MCV and MCH abnormities and repeat drinking is higher.更多还原
