钠霞石和铁掺杂霞石的合成及其对水中氟离子吸附

【摘要】 采用水热合成法,按照摩尔比n(Na2O)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(SiO2)∶n(H2O)=5.7∶3∶5.3∶387配料,反应物先常温陈化搅拌10 h,然后165℃下晶化5天,合成了球形颗粒均匀的钠霞石;以醋酸为铁离子的络合剂,改变反应物加入顺序,按照钠霞石合成条件制得了铁掺杂霞石,铁掺杂霞石具有钙霞石的结构。合成的钠霞石和铁掺杂钠霞石对水中氟离子具有很好吸附性能,铁掺杂霞石晶格中的铁元素对氟的吸附没有促进作用。

【Abstract】 The homogeneous particle sphericity Na-nepheline is synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method according to the follow procedure:the mixture with mole ratio of n(Na2O)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(SiO2)∶n(H2O)=5.7∶3∶5.3∶387,stirring for 10 h at room temperature,then it is crystallized for five days at 165℃.Using acetic acid as the complexant of iron ionic and changing the mixing procedure of reactant,the iron-doped Na-nepheline is also synthesized according to the condition of Na-nepheline synthesis and its structural is the same to Ca-nepheline.Na-nepheline and iron-doped Na-nepheline have good adsorption capability for fluorin ion in water.The iron in crystal lattic of iron-doped Na-nepheline has no promotion acation for the adsorption of fluorin ion in water.
