微氧生物处理高浓度甲醇废水最佳工况研究
Optimum condition for microaerobic biological treatment of methanol wastewater
【摘要】 在常温条件下进行微氧生物处理高浓度甲醇废水实验,研究COD去除率与进水COD浓度、曝气量和曝气时间的关系,在实验中最佳的水平搭配为:进水COD质量浓度2500 mg/L,曝气量90 L/h,曝气时间11 h,与回归分析所得出的最佳工艺条件相吻合,最后通过响应曲面等高线分析得出常温下甲醇废水微氧生物处理的适宜范围。
【Abstract】 Microaerobic biological technology was used for methanol wastewater treatment through a lab-scale experiment at room temperature,the relationships of removal efficiency of COD with influent COD,aeration quantity and aeration time were discussed.The results showed that the optimal conditions obtained in the lab-scale experiment were that the mass concentration of influent COD was 2 500 mg/L,the aeration quantity was 90 L/h and the aeration time was 11 h,which were identical to that obtained by regression.The suitable conditions of microaerobic biological technology for methanol wastewater treatment was obtained through response curved surface analysis at room temperature.
