【Abstract】 The reason of coking in heating furnace pipes is analyzed,the shape of Elastic Cleaning Pig and the structure of nailhead are introduced.The steps of coke removing in the material furnace by Elastic Cleaning Pig are summarized in detail.The new technology of coke cleaning is simple and safe.The thin heat insulation film of carbon sediment is removed,and the heat conduct efficiency is equivalent to that of the new pipes in heating furnace.更多还原
