缩醛改性醋酸乙烯/丙烯酸乳液的制备及膜性能
Preparation of acetal modified vinyl acetate/acrylic acid emulsion and the properties of its membranes
【摘要】 通过醋酸乙烯酯共聚的改性方法,用醋酸乙烯与丙烯酸系单体共聚,采用无皂乳液聚合,后用乙二醛交联,使乳液形成网络结构,制备了一种无甲醛的新型耐水性乳液。研究了共聚单体对乳液性能的影响,并对乳液结构及性能进行测试。
【Abstract】 A new kind of non-formaldehyde water-resistant emulsion is prepared by modifying polyvinyl acetate with the surfactant-free copolymerization to polymerize vinyl acetate and the acrylic acid monomers,and then by using oxaldehyde to make the emulsion crosslinked to form a kind of net structure.The monomers’ effects on the emulsion have been studied,and the emulsion’s structure and performance has also been tested.
