Pd-Fe吸附树脂催化合成β-(2,4-二氨基苯氧基)乙醇盐酸盐
Synthesis of β-2,4-diaminophenoxyethanol dihydrochloride with Pd-Fe adsorptive resin as catalyst
【摘要】 以2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)和乙二醇(EG)为原料,在NaOH催化下直接通过Williamson反应合成了β-(2,4-二硝基苯氧基)乙醇(2,4-DNPE);通过催化氢化方法在低压下由2,4-DNPE制备了β-(2,4-二氨基苯氧基)乙醇(2,4-DAPE)盐酸盐。探讨了催化氢化时催化剂类型和用量及循环使用次数、介质类型、反应温度和压力对氢化反应的影响,得到了适宜的工艺条件。
【Abstract】 β-2,4-Dinitrophenoxyethanol(2,4-DNPE) was synthesized through Williamson reaction with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB) and ethylene glycol(EG) as starting material in the presence of NaOH.The synthesis of β-2,4-diaminophenoxyethanol(2,4-DAPE) dihydrochloride from 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene through catalytic hydrogenation under low pressure was studied.The effect of catalyst species,its amount in the reaction system and reused number,medium type,reaction temperature and reaction pressure on the catalytic hydrogenating reaction was discussed,and the optimum condition was obtained.
