【摘要】 提出了一种新颖的带有快速启动的高精密、低噪声CMOS带隙基准电压源。RC滤波电路的引入降低了基准在高频处的噪声、增加了输出基准的电源抑制比,快速启动电路的引入改善了RC滤波电路限制基准启动速度的问题,并且为了使基准在电源上电的过程中能够正常的工作而增加了软启动电路。采用UMC 0.6μm 2P2M标准CMOS工艺进行设计和仿真,HSpice模拟表明基准具有较高的精度和较低的噪声,电源抑制比PSRR约为-80 dB。此外,由于快速启动电路的存在使得基准的建立时间从20 ms降至70μs。

【Abstract】 This paper proposes a novel high-precision low-noise CMOS bandgap voltage reference which with a fast start-up circuit.Reducing the noise at the high frequency and increasing the PSRR by adding a RC filter circuit,what′s more,a fast start-up circuit is suggested here to overcome the slow start-up problem of other designs.In order to make the bandgap reference work correctly during power supply setup time a soft start-up circuit is introduced.Using 0.6 μm 2P2M standard CMOS process of UMC this bandgap reference is designed and simulated,HSPICE simulation results indicate that this reference has higher precision and lower noise and the PSRR is about-80 dB.In addition,the setup time of the reference has been reduced from 20 ms to 70 μs which benefits from the fast start-up circuit.
