一种高精度频率测量系统设计
Design of a High Precise Frequency Measurement System
【摘要】 提出了一种高精度频率测量系统的设计方法,应用单片机技术将多周期同步法和量化时延法相结合,实现了频率的高精度快速测量。应用该方法设计出来的测量系统不仅体积小、成本低,而且在不需要复杂的传统等精度频率测量控制的情况下,利用其单片机的自身特性,实现宽范围内实用、简单而且精度较高的等精度频率测量,具有较好的实用价值。
【Abstract】 The paper introdeuces a method for high precise frenquency measurement.The MCU is used for the center controller,achieving high accuracy frequency measurement by methods of multi-cycle synchronism and quantization time-delay.Its characteristics is,within the scope of tradition etc.Accuracy frequency which do not need the complicated measuring control circumstance next,making use of the single chip characteristic,realizing breadth practical,simple and the higher etc.in accuracy accuracy frequency measure.Its diagraph distinguishes the rate can attain 1×10-6/s.The characteristics of this method are small volume,low cost and wide application.It has a better practical value.
