【摘要】 目的:观察MDM2在恶性纤维组织细胞瘤组织中的表达,探讨MDM2的表达与恶性纤维组织细胞瘤预后的关系。方法:采用原位杂交方法检测66例恶性纤维组织细胞瘤组织中MDM2的表达,分析其表达与恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床分期、生存期的关系。结果:MDM2在生存期≥5年的表达率明显低于生存期<5年的表达率,在Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的表达率明显低于在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的表达率,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:MDM2与恶性纤维组织细胞瘤患者的预后成负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of MDM2 in MFH,and the relationship between expression of MDM2 and prognosis of MFH.Methods:Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues from 66 cases of MFH were evaluated for MDM2 expression by in situ hybridization.The Results were compared with clinical classification and life span.Results: The positive expression level of MDM2 in MFH of Ⅰ~Ⅱ stage was lower than that in MFH of Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage.The positive expression level of MDM2 in MFH of life span ≥5 years was lower than that in MFH of life span <5 years.Conclusion: It was negative correlation between expression of MDM2 with prognosis of MFH.更多还原
