PBL教学法在口腔正畸科临床教学中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨PBL教学法在口腔正畸科临床教学中的应用对提高临床实习生的思维和综合应用知识能力的影响。方法将30名学员分为两组,传统教学组(A),PBL教学组(B),评估方式为主观问卷调查和客观试卷答题两种方式。结果主、客观评价结果表明B组显著优于A组。结论PBL教学法可提高口腔正畸科临床实习生的综合素质,是值得推广的临床教学方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL) in improving clinical trainees’ thinking and comprehensive practical ability in clinical teaching of orthodontics.Methods Thirty trainees were divided into two groups: the conventional teaching group(A) and the PBL group(B).The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by questionnaire and an objective test,respectively.Results Both the subjective and objective evaluation showed that group B was significantly superior to group A.Conclusion Problem-based learning can improve the comprehensive ability of clinical trainees of orthodontics,and thus deserves to be popularized in clinical teaching.
