【摘要】 辅导员是高校思想政治工作的主力军,在高校的思想政治工作中发挥着重要的作用,但由于职业角色与自身素质、工作性质特征、社会现实等方面的冲突,使高校辅导员产生了厌烦、焦虑、困惑、挫败等心理健康问题。高校辅导员要注重提高自身素质,及时化解心理冲突;学校也应建立有效激励机制,营造积极的社会支持系统,促进辅导员心理健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 College political instructors are the main force in guiding college students’ ideology and are playing a very important role in ideological and political work at colleges and universities.However,because of conflicts between the political instructors’ professional role and their competence,characteristics of their work and the reality of society,their four mental health problems of loathing,frustration,anxiety and confusion have arisen.Therefore,college political instructors should attach great importance to the improvement of their own quality and resolving mental conflicts timely.Furthermore,in order to improve political instructors’ mental health,colleges and universities should establish an efficient stimulating mechanism and construct an active social support system.更多还原
