桓仁水电站汛限水位动态控制模糊推理决策模式与应用

【摘要】 以桓仁水电站2005年8月实际洪水过程为例,根据水库汛限水位动态模糊控制的概念,研究实时防洪调度中考虑综合信息后的汛限水位动态控制模糊推理决策模式,并与实际调度和常规调度过程进行比较,同时进行风险及效益分析。结果表明,在不增加水库及上下游防护对象风险的前提下,能抬高汛限水位,减少水库弃水,提高效益。

【Abstract】 Based on the concept of dynamic fuzzy control of flood limited level in reservoir,mainly studied the real-time fuzzy inference decision-making mode for the flood limited level after considering the comprehensive information,taking the Huanren Hydruulic Power Plant practical operation in August 2005 as for example, and compared the dynamic operation process with the traditional way.Further more,carrjed out the risks and profits analysis in same time.The results have shown that the flood limited level can be raised,the spilling water can be reduced,and the profits can be increased by the dynamic operating way.
