【摘要】 以棉籽油为原料,首先进行甲醇酯交换反应,接着与顺丁烯二酸酐发生酯化反应,然后在75~80℃条件下通空气氧化6 h并亚硫酸化,最终制备出了一种新型的结合型加脂剂.实验着重对影响氧化反应的各因素进行了研究和探讨,得出了反应的最佳条件.该工艺简便可行,环境友好,制备的加脂剂乳化性能优良,加脂效果好.更多还原

【Abstract】 A novel combined fatliquor was prepared with cottonseed oil as the mail raw material according to the following technologies: Initially,the partial glyceride were synthesized by transesterification of cottonseed oil with methyl alcohol,and then the partial glyceride was esterified with maleic anhydrire.Finally,the reaction mixture was oxidized by air at 75～80℃ for 6 h and sulfited by sulfite.The key reaction-oxidation was investigated,and the optimum technology parameters were confirmed.The synthesis technology is simple and environmental friendly,and the resultant fatliquors have good emulsification and fatliquoring properties.更多还原
