图象引导放射治疗(IGRT)中治疗时间分析

【摘要】 目的:分析图象引导放射治疗(IGRT)的放射治疗时间。方法:根据所需放疗步骤将IGRT治疗分8个时间段,常规加速器治疗分5个时间段。常规加速器治疗的5个时间段是共同所需步骤,IGRT治疗较常规加速器治疗多3个时间段。按单纯头模,肩颈联合架面模,体模不同固定方式分类。分别随机选取6例患者,每例每次放疗过程记录不同时间段,记录5次。结果:三种不同固定方式的放疗中,IGRT治疗比常规加速器治疗增加的时间分别是289秒,288秒,411秒,增加的时间分别占IGRT放疗全过程的22%,18%,31%。结论:使用IGRT比常规加速器增加289-411秒时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To analyse treat time of every step in IGRT.Method:To define 8 and 5 periods in IGRT and Non- IGRT Radiotherapy respectively.The 5 periods is corporate steps,the other 3 periods is special for IGRT.Dividing different groups according the immobilizating method,include simple head mask,head and neck mask and baseplate thermoplastic mask.Select randomly 6 patients in every group and recorded the time of every step in routine radiotherapy Every case was recorded 5 times.Result:The increased time using Synergy is 289,288,411 seconds in simple head mask,head and neck mask,baseplate thermoplastic mask respectively than using Non-IGRT linac.The treat time increased 22%,18%,31% respectively.Conclusion:It will increase from 289 to 411 seconds with IGRT than Non- IGRT radiotherapy.更多还原
