【Abstract】 Under the new situation of reconstructing value chain in the economic globalization,the Chinese enterprises are faced with gaining better resource allocation styles and dynamically reconstruct their value chain so as to acquire sustainable survival rights.To answer these questions,this paper,through analysis for the national competitive evolution track,draws a conclusion that the Chinese enterprises should own their way in the combined orientation in the global value chain.The paper,through the analysis for innovation advantage and efficient advantage,and the analysis for national innovation system,reconstruct a strategic model for value chain of the Chinese enterprises under the global situation,which consists of three sub-systems:industry competition system,value chain reconstruction system and exterior support system.更多还原
