【Abstract】 Conflict is a common phenomenon in organizations.There will be a lot of conflict in reengineering the bank.For banks to reach the full potential of reengineering the bank,top management must manage conflict effectively.According to its different characteristics in every phase,it should make a dynamic analysis on the conflict and establish the analysis frame of conflict management.Finally,some constructive suggestions are put forward for solving and using conflict rationally.更多还原
