对架空输电线路雷击跳闸率的评估及考核
Assessment & Check of Lightning Outage Rate of Overhead Transmission Line
【摘要】 架空输电线路雷击跳闸率是全面了解线路运行可靠性的一项重要指标。对已投运的线路,通过实际的雷击跳闸次数及线路长度,折算出雷击跳闸率;对规划、设计中的线路,需有效、可信的计算方法对雷击跳闸率实施评估,而雷击跳闸率的考核应客观、合理地建立在跳闸率数值基础上。结合线路雷击跳闸的实际状况,围绕上述问题进行分析,期望为架空线路防雷的设计、运行和维护提供参考和帮助。
【Abstract】 Lightning outage rate is one of the important indexes to indicate the safety and stability for operation overhead transmission lines.For the transmission lines under operation,lightning outage rate can be converted through frequency of lightning outage and line distance.In terms of transmission line under program and design,it is necessary,to take effective and authentic computation method to estimate the lightning outage rate.Moreover,assessment of lightning outage rate should be objectively and rationally based on its numerical value.On the basis of the analysis on above-mentioned problems and practical situation of lightning outage,it is expected to provide reference and assistance for the design,operation and maintenance of overhead transmission line.
