固体浸没透镜静态光存储技术研究
Study on technologies of static optical storage using SIL
【摘要】 固体浸没透镜(SIL)光存储技术是提高光存储密度的比较实用的光存储技术之一,本文采用波长650nm,出射功率10mW、聚焦物镜数值孔径0.65的大功率激光头作为固体浸没透镜初级光存储系统,同时结合SIL系统建立了完整的SIL静态存储系统,在CD-RW相变光盘上实现了刻录线宽为0.45μm的静态刻录结果,该结果与波长650nm初级光存储系统相比,记录线宽(0.65μm)压缩了1.44倍。
【Abstract】 To use Solid Immersion Lens(SIL) is one of the valid methods to improve the density of optical storage.Here an optical storage system of SIL is setup using a laser source primary optical system with the wavelength of 650nm,the output power of 10 mW and a lens with NA=0.65.With a SIL,a static recording track of 0.45μm is obtained on a CD-RW disc,and the track widths of this results is thinner by 1.44 times compared with the results of primary optical system without SIL(0.65μm).
