【摘要】 通过对我国职业篮球俱乐部后备队伍现状的调查与分析,表明职业篮球俱乐部在培养后备人才的条件上,相对于传统的培养渠道而言占有优势,这将成为我国职业篮球运动后备人才培养和输送的主要途径;其后备队伍在为培养和输送优秀篮球运动员上已获成效;存在的不足是俱乐部对运动员的文化学习不够重视,教练员的科学化训练能力有待提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors Investigated and analyzed present situation of reserves ladderlike of professional clubs of the China.The result shows that it will become main ways to cultivation reserve ladderlike of professional club in China because it is better than traditional training of sports system on qualification of young player.And it has succeeded to train the basketball young players being excellent players.But there are some shortage that the club manager can’t attach importance to learn the culture for young players and coach need improve abilities of scientific training.更多还原
