【Abstract】 This paper proposed an EIA model including five aspects such as decision-making bodies,profit-groups,advisory bodies,the public and the environment,pointed out the misunderstandings and shoutage in the current public participation.Based on the idea of sustainable development,it proposed countermeasures and suggestions to achieve the original purpose:to protect the environment,and the ultimate goal is to promote the sustainable development of public participation in environmental impact assessment.更多还原
