【Abstract】 New-type rural cooperative medical care,under the government’s guidance and collective economic support,is a rural medical insurance system in order to meet the basic medical needs of farmers through various forms of cooperation.It is based on voluntary,appropriate and benefiting principle.This paper reviews the evolution of the new-type rural cooperative medical system,analyses the main problems in the operation of the system and points out some suggestions to improve the system.更多还原
