【Abstract】 The supervision of the basic level education in the period of Republic was regarded as ears,eyes and mouthpiece of educational organization and it has played a great role in the establishment,abolishment and reformation of education.But many practical difficulties such as chaos of country,shortage of funds,troubles of boarding and lodging,inadequacy of staffs,too wide scope of duty,made the supervision of the basic level education difficult to achieve expectable effect.更多还原
