【摘要】 运用文献资料法和政治学理论,对政府与单项运动协会之间的关系进行了讨论,认为政府需要单项运动协会代行项目管理职能,因为单项运动协会具有更高的管理效能。为了防止"第三部门失效",政府必须加强对单项运动协会的监管力度,同时接受单项运动协会对自身的监督与制约,以防止政府权力的滥用及腐败现象的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between government and single sports associations was discussed through literature study and political theory.It was pointed out that function of event management should be replaced by single sports associations because it was more efficient.In order to prevent failure of the third sector,government should supervise and manage single sports association.Meanwhile,single sports associations may supervise and restrict the government in case of power abuse and corruption.更多还原
