基于MSP430的步进电动机细分驱动控制系统

【摘要】 介绍了基于MSP430F149单片机控制的步进电动机的细分驱动系统,利用电流合成矢量的旋转法实现了恒流驱动的高精度细分方案,通过选择步进电动机相绕组细分电流波形,使步进电动机的细分技术达到了高精度细分的水平。运行结果表明该系统运行平稳、噪声小、功耗低、可靠性好等优点。

【Abstract】 The subdivision has been widely used as method to improve the differentiation of stepping motor.In this paper,a system of subdivision driver method based on MSP430F149 was presented,through adopting the method named "Current vector even rotation with uniform amplitude".By selecting reasonable subdivision current wave form of phase winding for stepping motor,the technology of division was improved to a new level.The result indicated that the drive system featured highly precise division and smooth operation low noise and power consumption,as well as reliable and effective.
