碳源和氮源对彩绒革盖菌液体发酵合成漆酶的影响

【摘要】 研究了碳源、氮源对彩绒革盖菌液体发酵合成漆酶的影响。结果表明,在所选的几种碳、氮源中,麸皮为试验菌株合成漆酶的较好碳源;酵母浸膏、酒石酸铵、蛋白胨均是比较理想的氮源。不同的碳氮比对彩绒革盖菌漆酶的产量有着显著的影响,高碳高氮是其生产漆酶的最佳条件。在适宜的培养条件下该菌株能合成高活力的漆酶,其酶活力可达298 U/mL以上,产酶周期为6~7 d。

【Abstract】 This study is to investigate the influences of carbon and nitrogen sources on production of Coriolus versicolor laccase in submerged culture.The results showed that the ability of laccase secretion was great distinct when using different carbon and nitrogen sources.Among the selected carbon and nitrogen sources in the experiment,the extract from wheat bran was the better carbon source,and yeast extract,ammonium tartrate and peptone were the better nitrogen sources.The laccase output was notably depended on the ratio of C/N.The high carbon and high nitrogen(HCHN) culture was beneficial to the growth of mycelium and the synthesis of laccase.The higher laccase activity,up to 298 U/mL,was achieved under the optimal conditions and the cycle time of laccase production was 6~7 days.
