广东湛江黄毛鼠对杀鼠灵的抗药性调查
Resistance of Rattus rattoides to warfarin in Zhanjiang of Guangdong
【摘要】 目的了解湛江农田主要害鼠黄毛鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂杀鼠灵的抗药性情况,为灭鼠用药提供科学依据。方法采用全国鼠类抗药性监测协作组统一方法。结果黄毛鼠73只,存活2只,抗性率为2.74%;敏感鼠与耐药鼠的摄入纯药剂量个体差为7.4倍;死亡鼠平均致死剂量为4.65 mg/kg,平均致死时间6.8 d。结论黄毛鼠对第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂已产生抗药性个体,但还没有产生抗性种群;只要毒饵配制质量保证,提高毒饵的适口性,第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂还可继续使用,但应加强监测,注意黄毛鼠抗性种群的形成。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the resistance of Rattus rattoides to anticoagulant rodenticide in Zhanjiang,in order to provide scientific evidence for killing rodents. Methods Adopting the method of national rat drug-resistant monitor cooperation. Results 73 Rattus rattoides,2 survivors,2.74% drug-resistant.The individual difference of the absorption of the pure medicine dose quantity between the sensitive Rattus losea and the medicine-bear rats was 7.4 times.The mean lethal dose was 4.65 mg/kg.The average of causing death time was 6.8 days. Conclusion Rattus rattoides had already developed the drug-resistant individuals to anticoagulant rodenticide,but hadn’t developed the drug-resistance clusters.The generation anticoagulant rodenticide could continue to be used if the quality of the poison bait was high and its palatability was better,but should be monitored carefully to stop forming the drug-resistance clusters.
