【摘要】 目的检测八氯二丙醚作为有效成分用于蚊香、喷射剂的药效。方法参照有关国家标准试验方法。结果八氯二丙醚作为有效成分用于蚊香含量为1.0%时对蚊虫KT50为7.83(6.85~8.95)min;八氯二丙醚作为有效成分用于喷射剂(醇基),含量为1.5%时对蚊虫KT50为4.96(4.32~5.69)min,24 h死亡率100%。结论就药效而言,八氯二丙醚可以用于蚊虫防治,药效较一般杀虫剂低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To measure the efficacy of S2 as the active ingredient of sprayer and coil.Methods According to the correlation part of the Laboratory Efficacy Criterions of Public Health Insecticides for Pesticide Registration.Results S2 utilized in coil as the active ingredient,the efficacy for control mosquito KT50 was 7.83(6.85～8.95) min as the content reaching 1.0%, and in spray the efficacy for control mosquito KT50was 4.96(4.32～ 5.69) min and the 24 h mortality was 100% as the content reaching 1.5%. Conclusion S2 may be utilized to control mosquito in sprayer and coil,but the efficacy was lower comparing to common insecticides.更多还原
