新型环梁式圆形煤仓结构方案及实现
Design and implementation of circular coal bunker structure with new ring beams
【摘要】 传统圆形煤场主要采用单元式扶壁柱挡煤墙方案,扶壁柱在水平推力作用下产生很大的底部弯矩和水平位移,以致扶壁柱设计截面过大,且较大的水平位移给基础设计带来很大的难度.本文提出一种新的结构方案,主要思想是将扶壁柱保留,沿扶壁柱竖向布置上、中、下3道封闭环梁,整个结构形成梁-板整体结构,扶壁柱由于受到环梁的弹性支座式约束,设计截面可比普通悬臂式扶壁柱截面小很多;再加之底部环梁的约束,扶壁柱底部向外的径向位移受到限制,使基础设计内力大为减小,其设计更加容易实现.此方案具有很好的经济性和适用性,并已成功用于电厂煤场实际工程中.
【Abstract】 The retaining wall scheme of cellular buttressed pole was adopted mainly in traditional circular coal bunker.Buttressed pole was predigested in single-cantilever component.Prodigious bottom flexural torque and horizontal displacement will appear under action of horizontal thrust,so as to design section of buttressed pole is oversize and bring waste.Furthermore,bigger horizontal displacement will bring prodigious difficulty to foundation design.A new structural design is proposed.The principal idea is that the buttressed pole was reserved;and upper part,middle part,lower part three close ring beams are disposed vertically along buttressed pole.The whole structure forms beam-board overall structure.The buttressed pole is restricted in elastic pedestal constraint of ring beam.Its design section is lesser than common cantilever buttressed pole.Outward radial dispersion of bottom of buttressed pole is restricted under constraint of bottom ring beam.The design endogen force of foundation will minish enormously and the design will come true easily.The design has good economical efficiency and adaptability and has been used successfully in practical project of coal bunker of power plant.
